In April of 2003, Neil was able to fulfill his dream of opening his own bakery.
With 20+ years of baking experience in the Seattle and Olympia area under his belt-Neil (along with his wife Clare)
took on the challenge of starting a new business in Shelton Washington called the Olympic Bakery and Deli.

From working in the Health care industry to owning a bakery, Clare has had to adjust to the challenges brought to her. Interacting with customers, accounting, retail management and purchasing are some of the things that Clare has had to do. She takes pride in her work and is a key part of the bakeries success. |

Bill Card - Lead Baker
Bill started his career with the Olympic Bakery and has grown to be one of the finest bread bakers in the area. His ability to understand formulas and ingredients is excellent and can create the most amazing breads you have ever tasted.

The staff at Olympic Bakery know that families are very busy and there is little time to make fresh breads and desserts. We are here to help. Our breads and pastries are made daily with quality ingredients, lots of love and caring. Our friendly staff is here to help you in any way that they can. We hope that you will try our product and enjoy the many flavors that we bring to you. We also have a Deli for your quick meals on the go, or you can stay awhile and get some work done on your computer with our FREE high speed internet service. We at Olympic Bakery have a strong focus on customer service; A characteristic we believe sets us apart from other bakeries.
